Fruit dip! What an awesome addition to any fruit platter! Not that fruit is boring by any means, but sometimes its okay to jazz things up. This delicious fruit dip recipe is a SUPER EASY recipe! The best thing about it… you only need 3 ingredients! Yes three!
Chose Your Favorite Flavor Fruit Dip
I made this fruit dip for friends while I was on the Keto diet. I’m sad to report that this is what caused me to cheat on my diet. My intentions were great, after making this dip, I decided to taste test it to make sure it came out to my liking, but that taste test went a little too far. I think a third of it was gone before anyone else could have any! I’m weak, I know! But this was absolutely phenomenal and quick to make!
On your next grocery trip be sure to pick up marshmallow fluff, cream cheese and frozen concentrate and you’ll have everything needed to make this fruit dip! You can choose which ever flavored frozen concentrate that you want! For the one that’s photographed, I chose Pina Colada.
Avoid Getting Sticky
When starting, to avoid things getting sticky, use a long mixing utensil. The marshmallow fluff is going to be extremely sticky but the cream cheese will blend well, making it a less sticky texture.
Use a bowl with medium depth so that the mixture won’t spread to the edge of the bowl. Empty the entire jar of marshmallow fluff into bowl. Add in cream cheese and mix well.
Since I want this recipe to be easiest for you, if you want to use a hand mixer or immersion blender, do it. But if you only have a spoon available, that is fine as well! The difference will be texture.
With the hand mixer or immersion blender option, the mixture will be much smoother. However, it doesn’t diminish the taste. Each option will give you a great tasting fruit dip!
But wait, we’re not done! Once you blended the marshmallow fluff and cream cheese together, you will want to mix in your fruit concentrate. You can add this in your mixture before you get to this step, I just like doing it after everything is properly blended. This way you can add it to taste. You can add another tablespoon to the recipe but be careful that it doesn’t change the consistency of the mixture.
There you have it! I told you this was going to be quick and easy! Once you have your dip, serve it with your favorite fruit! I found this to be great with grapes, strawberries and oranges. Be sure to serve this at your next gathering. I can assure you that you’ll receive a few compliments and recipe requests. Just refer them here!
